Aesthetic and Anti-aging Dermatology

Aesthetic Dermatology

Thanks to the modern technical platform that we have, we offer solutions to deal with a multitude of aesthetic problems.

Removal of excess sebum/oily skin
Skin cleansing using a special device (artificial diamond microcrystal system). Additional cleaning according to the needs of each skin with a blackhead remover or peeling.

Pigment spots (dyschromia)
Application of a pigment laser acting on the deposited pigment (solar lentigines – ephelides or freckles due to photo-aging), either directly by the principle of selective photothermolysis (Alexandrite or Q-switched Nd-YAG laser), or by ablation thanks to the targeted use of a CO2 laser.

Scars
Scars of diverse etiological origins (acne, post-traumatic, etc.) or texture (atrophic or depressed vs. protruding/hypertrophic) can be treated be fractional resurfacing with CO2 laser.

Wrinkles
Depending on their aetiology and depth, diverse treatments are proposed such as botulinum toxin when there is muscle damage, as in the case of expression lines. For superficial wrinkles, fractional CO2 laser or medium-flow hyaluronic acid resurfacing is recommended.

''Double chin''
Localized accumulation of fat, responsible for the creation of “double chin”: lipolysis is carried out by the injection of a deoxycholic acid solution approved by the American FDA.

Laser hair removal
Use of a laser that combines Alexandrite and Nd-YAG, the two most effective wave lights for hair removal of all phototypes, from the lightest to the darkest skin.

Anti-aging

Safe care is provided:

  • Reverse the loss of firmness of the face as well as the sagging or drooping of its deep tissues
  • Wrinkle smoothing
  • Reversing of photoaging

Ablation laser (fractional CO2)
For skin regeneration by neocollagenesis. We apply a special protocol for the remodeling of skin that has lost its elasticity, different from that which takes place in other indications of use of this leading laser, such as various scars for example.

Botulinum toxin
It aims to relax the facial muscles responsible for horizontal expression lines on the forehead, vertical expression lines in the middle of the eyebrows and “crow's feet” wrinkles on the outer part of the eye sockets. The ''French touch'', often called ''baby or mini botox'', is more suitable compared to the so-called ''American mask'', ensuring a natural effect by selectively maintaining the mobility of the muscles involved as much as possible, to the extent permitted.

Hyaluronic acid
Sculpting of perioral wrinkles (“smoker’s lines” or “bar code lines”).

Mesotherapy / Peelings
Homogenization of the skin, whitening effect on hyperpigmentation, consolidation of a radiant image of the skin.

Carbon(e) peel(ing) - laser peeling after local application of carbon
Treatment consisting of the application of carbon gel to the face and sternum, in the form of a “mask”. After the topical gel has absorbed the dead skin cells and oil, a special wavelength of laser light energy is applied. This protocol aims to both smooth fine wrinkles and reduce the diameter of enlarged pores of the skin's sebaceous glands (''pore closure'' - ''removal of blackheads''), to detoxify the skin and improve the quality of the skin thanks to gentle actions of controlled neocollagenogenesis.

Autologous PRP mesotherapy
It guarantees deep hydration of atrophic skin. It rejuvenates tired skin by improving its elasticity, providing it with a multitude of antioxidant factors. Likewise, this treatment provides satisfactory results in cases of specific types of alopecia (scalp thinning).
